Overview
Hubql is a Bangkok-based fractional CTO and MVP development studio serving early-stage startups and fast-moving product teams globally. The engagement required the creation of a cohesive brand system and a high-performance marketing platform built entirely from the ground up.
Scope of Work
Brand Identity
Designed the logo and full visual identity system, establishing a modern, product-minded aesthetic that communicates technical credibility and startup velocity. Typography, color palette, and iconography were crafted to resonate with founders and technical decision-makers.
UX & Page Design
Architected and designed all core pages — homepage, services, portfolio, about, and blog — applying user-centered design principles to drive clarity, conversion, and trust. Visual hierarchy and component structure were optimized for a developer-adjacent audience.
Development
Engineered the platform using Next.js for server-side rendering and performance, Tailwind CSS for a scalable, utility-first design system, and TinaCMS for a Git-backed, editor-friendly content management layer — enabling non-technical stakeholders to publish independently.
